Você pode fazê-lo pelo Adobe Photoshop Cs3 , igual como fazer Sign's , ai depois de fazê-las , salve-a e coloque no Banner da sua guild.
O símbola , basta ir naquele cara que cria guild , sendo que você tem que excluir a sua guild , depois fazer outra.

Para aletrar seu banner ,
1-Logue-se no site

2-Clique em "Gerenciar Guild"

3-Depois vá em "Aleterar Banner"
