    Ola, amigo para que você deixe o tamanho exato na sua gif, e so você apertar CTRL+T e Redimensionar do acordo que agrade você, segue abaixo tutorial

    Agora os efeitos amigo, você pode fazer do jeito que você achar melhor, não adianta tentar fazer igual que nunca sai, então indico você a fazer do seu próprio estilo, tente adicionar algumas C4Ds, Bubbles na sua imagem desejada.. Que irá ficar com um efeito bem legal!
