Isso chama-se inserir link, ou seja contem uma escrita no qual ao você clicar na mesma, e redirecionado para algum site ou algo do gênero. Enfim, para inserir um link em uma escrita, você deverá clicar na ferramenta: Imagem é estar colocando o link no qual deseja ser redirecionado, e logo em abaixo, a escrita no qual alguém clicar será redirecionado para o tal site que você colocou. Veja abaixo um exemplo:
