Você poderá pode fazer quantos "post's", quiser no dia, não existe nenhum número específico de post's que te empeça de fazer diariamente, os mesmo são "livres".

Não existe um limite de post , você poderá estar efetuando quantos precisar porém lembrando , o que não pode ficar ocorrendo é FLOOD's pois os mesmos se resultam em alertas e se contínuos ocasionam até suspensões e banimentos .
