Alguem me passa un tutorial como fazer esse efeito
no modo iniciante eu nao sei fazer esses efeito

Olá á todos,
Bom,todos acimas postaram vários tutoriais e etc...Vou explicar modo mais simples:Nas signs foram utilizadas c4ds fractais e nebulas(texturas),para fazer tal efeito basta você pega algumas destas e adicionar sobre a render de modo que combine,em seguida duplique a camada e vá em Filter>Sharpen e escolha um Sharpen de sua preferência,feito isto e simples,diminua a opacidade e pronto,o efeito já está criado,depois é so preencher o BG e fazer tratamento e tipografia,finish'-'
