Caso não resolva, aconselho você á estar utilizando a nova ferramente " brilho áurea " para você utiliza-la, basta você pressionar ESC - CONFIGURAÇÕES - LIMITES DE EFEITO e colocar no 5, seus itens irão ficar com a aparência de não exelent, porém irá estar amenizando 25 % do lag de sua máquina, para mais informações visualize o tutorial abaixo:
