Boa Noite!
Para você estar salvando uma imagem em render você deverá primeiramente abrir um novo documento CTRL+N e selecione o tamanho desejado, fundo transparente, após abrir o documento arraste a camada desejada para o novo arquivo que no caso é a render e vá: Arquivo → Salvar como... → escolha o formato: PNG(*.PNG) → Salvar.
