quando clico em Master reset aparece a mensagem :
Desculpe, essa opção foi desabilitada pelo Administrador

nao to entendendo mais nada..

A opção de efetuar master reset não é mais realizada pelo site , portanto se voce esta querendo dar master reset terá que entrar dentro do game .
