Isso é uma imagem em PNG "uma render" ou um "vector" não tem exatamente uma PSD pois isso foi renderizado, é so abrir a imagem no Photoshop e trabalhar com ela.

File> Open> Procure onde você salvou> Clique em abrir

Arquivo> Abrir> Procure onde você salvou> Clique em abrir
