sim entendi muito bem como ativa é desativa a camera 3D + como que eu faço para voltar a camera normal ?

Para o angulo da sua Câmera voltar para o padrão do servidor, primeiramente você precisará ativar os recursos da Câmera 3D que é apertando a tecla F12, e em seguida apertar as teclas CTRL+5, que assim o angulo da sua Câmera irá voltar para o padrão do servidor normalmente.
