Bom eu uso photo shop cs5 dai quando eu vou importar um gif quadros etc, não dá por que ?

Va em File > Open e abre Normalmente

    Vai no menu "Janela ou Windown" lá em cima procura o comando "Animação ou Animation" lá você vai ter o GIF quadro a quadro. Para abrir o arquivo você terá que ir no menu > Arquivo > Importar > Video Frames to Layers assim você vai ter cada frame numa camada diferente. Para salvar você vai ter que Exportar para Web ou Save For Web.
