Ao Criar um Tópico, verifique-se que não ocorreu nenhum Bug ou algum lag em seu navegador, para você não está criando dois Tópicos, ao clica em ''Criar Tópico'' , pois com Lag/bug Demora as vezes carregar a página, assim você clicando novamente em ''Criar Tópico'' você vai está criando outro tópico sem perceber.
