Olá,
Na signature mostrada por você eu utilizei para criar o céu, brushes de nuvens do Jawbone, apliquei em uma camada vazia brushes da cor preta e deixei a opacidade entre 30 à 50%. Nos pássaros eu utilizei os brushes do Astrinho, cujo qual se chama brushes para fundo de signature e tipografia, lá contem os brushes dos pássaros e também esses splash's visivelmente mostrado. Siga os recursos citados, abaixo.
