Muitos no fórum usam no tamanho de 400x160 essa é a resolução que a maioria esta utilizando em sign GFX, mas vale lembrar que você pode esta fazendo com a altura maior e corta em 2 partes, para deixar a sign com mais qualidade basta você salva-la no formato png.
