Gradients eu costumo usar em Soft Light ou em Luminosity
va em gradient map
e aplique a que voce acha que fique melhor, em soft light ou luminosity
tire um pouco da opacidade e pronto
não achei tutorial que te ajude
caso tenha duvidas sobre o gradient me mande MP
