Flares''Luz'' Nela Se o Arquivo Luz tiver no formato PSD,E Não estou achando
para download alguem me encinar a colocar Luz ela estando no Arquivo PNG,Ou JPG?

Amigo basta você colocar em Divisão/ Linear , que a iluminação irá aparecer.

Para usar uma lens flare é muito simples , Apenas vá mudando ali , para Light dodger , screen , etc oq ficar melhor .

Ali onde ta mutiply vc clica e vai mudando ate uma ficar do seu gosto , pode diminuir a opacidade e etc ..
