Olá eu procurei alguns renders de ilha mas infelizmente eu não encontrei, os mecanismos de buscas apenas selecionaram imagens de ilhas, mas você mesmo pode esta renderizando estas imagens caso precise de alguma referência deixarei um vídeo abaixo e para procurar algumas imagens com o tema referido recomendo usar o [http://www.deviantart.com]
