Obs Você poderá utilizar quantos itens +4 com option quiser, poderá também utilizar as jewel of bless, jewel of soul e jewel of chaos para aumentar a porcentagem de acerto. Option é quando aparece no item "Adicional qualquer coisa".

Passos
1. Vá até o mapa Noria (/move noria)
2. Depois vá até a Chaos Goblin Machine,localizada nas coordenadas 183/103
3. Selecione a opção "criação de item chaos"
4. Coloque os itens nescessários para a criação
5. Aperte em criar

Pronto seu item chaos está criado.
