Caro amigo esse pack vem em formato de PSD se você quiser usar,basta apertar Ctrl+O ou Arquivo > Abrir e escolhe o arquivo que você baixou que está em formato PSD,pronto agora poderá usar tranquilamente.

Como o membro acima lhe disse, as imagens vem no formato PSD isso é, não é nenhum "programa" ou arquivo de instalação e sim um arquivo PSD no qual você pode baixar através de um link e salvar como imagem normal no formato PNG. ;)
