Isso acontece pelo simples fato de que você não confirmou o cadastro da sua conta no servidor, sendo assim, vá até o e-Mail que foi usado para realizar o cadastro e esteja realizando a confirmação da conta, após confirmar a conta o status da conta ficará como " Normal ".
