Amigo caso seu e-mail seja do hotmail acesse o site do hotmail loge e confirme.Caso seja de outro e-mail use o mesmo procedimento.

Vai no seu e-mail (hotmail, gmail, yahoo e.t.c) logue nele , lá irá aparecer uma menssagem do mu away e pronto comfirme,
Entre no site www.hotmail.com ( Caso sejá Gmail,yahoo ou outros faça o mesmo procedimento ), em seguida confirme sua conta na mensagem que lhe enviarão, caso não tenha chegado verifique o Lixo Eletronico, se percistir crie outra conta em outro email e faça o mesmo procedimento.
