Pelo que eu entendi você se referiu ao photoshop, eu recomendo o cs4 em inglês. Caso esteja se referindo a temas, não existe o melhor, porém procure usar imagens em hd

Bom estarei deixando o Photoshop cs5 "Portable" uma versão bem leve e bem utilizada por membros Designer's para criação de kits para nosso web fórum estarei deixando logo abaixo um TUTORIAL e o link para DOWNLOAD. ↓
