fonte usada na sign

e qual style é usada (se não for style como faz essa tipo?)

Ola amigo, a fonte utilizada é a Ringbearer, ela é uma das mais utilizada por membros do fórum :)

Edite: sobre a style, tente usar 2 camadas uma para o fundo, e outra apenas para a borda utilizando a cor dourada e inner shadow, e inner glow, e outer glow
