cara pega dos wallpaper, só apagar as partes que não quer e tirar a cor se quiser , usa o ctrl+u e ja eras.

Você pode estar baixando pack de bursher lá vem algumas nuvens massa ou baixar imagem de nuvens e cortam apenas a parte que você quer usar .
