Bom,para você estar adicionando uma tipografia na sign é fácil,prossiga este tutorial que fiz:

Clique nesta Ferramenta:
Imagem

Na parte de cima do seu photoshop selecione a fonte e o tamanho:Imagem

E por fim clique no arquivo e escreva o seu texto ou nick:Imagem
