Boa noite, primeiramente o abreviamento do Adobe Photoshop é DPS ou somente PS e não os
Vamos lá, Dê alt + ctrl + shift ao mesmo tempo que você estiver clicando para abrir o programa,

com isso irá aparecer uma mensagem perguntando se você deseja restaurar seu Photoshop,

basta dar OK e ele voltará tudo ao início, como se fosse o padrão.
