Na verdade é signature, oque significa assinatura.
Porém a abreviação é sign, então falamos sign.

Como alguns jogadores já simplificaram a sigla correta é SIGN, no qual a mesma significa : SIGNATURE. Traduzindo para o bom português : ASSINATURA.
