Isso não é um bug do servidor, o fato de não conseguir ver a vida está relacionado a dois problemas, lag de comunicação entre sua internet e o servidor, ou seu computador não está conseguindo processar todos os objetos, jogadores e monstros que está na tela, e por isso algumas coisas não aparece.
