Uma arma de 2 mãos possui o mesmo fundamento de uma arma normal, porém, logicamente, com ela não será possível usar nenhum tipo de shield, e assim o seu personagem provavelmente será inferior ao oponente em questões de defesa. Se a arma possuir um ataque alto, provavelmente pode sim vencer o oponente, só depende da mesma, um grande exemplo disso é a Chaos Dragon Black Axe, que é usada por 2 mãos e possui uma boa estrutura de ataque.
