Abra a intereface; na guia "visão geral` de dois cliques em proteção residente; em configurações de proteção residente você demarca: Proteção residente ativa e clica em: salvar alterações.
Olha só: eu não sei para que você quer desativar o antivirus. Isso não é recomendavel.
Eu te aconselho a não fazer isso.
Mais se seu problema for vírus,é simples,a uma forma como burla-o,faça o tutorial,veja:
