(Resolvido)Referente a troca de numero da conta

Estou tentando trocar o numero de uma conta, esta pedindo o código que chega no celular que a conta esta cadastrada, só que eu estou reenviando, e o código não chega no meu numero, para que eu possa estar trocando o numero da conta, alguem sabe se esta ocorrendo algum erro, ou esta normal assim mesmo?, pois aqui não esta chegando o código para que eu possa estar alterando o numero da conta.
