Bom, como não deu para responder no outro tópico, aqui está o protocolo do ticket, o mesmo tinha cancelado, até porque tava chato deixar o ticket mofar lá e não ter uma resposta, foi recriado o ticket com todas informações possível do acontecido, veja lá Bruno, por favor.
