(Respondido)Referente ao retorno da 2ª Opção - Cartão de Crédito

Boa tarde.

A 2ª Opção - Cartão de Crédito está desabilitada por conta de não está conseguindo gerar novas faturas, então queria saber se o setor administrativo já estipulou um prazo para retorno.
Eu entrei em contato com o suporte financeiro ontem e foi informado desse problema, mas não informaram prazo para retorno. Essa opção é a única que serve a mim.

A opção 2 está ativa, os jogadores que não recebem a fatura e porque o gateway não aceitou a geração de fatura. Jogadores novos não conseguem usar essa opção, só PicPay inicialmente.
