Fala rapaziada, beleza?!

Bom, tô tentando alterar a minha foto do perfil no fórum, mas não consigo.
Quando eu altero, mostra que ela foi alterada mas permanece a antiga e, quando eu tento excluir a antiga, ocorre um erro conforme o print abaixo.

Sabem de alguma solução pra isso?
Caso já tenha algum post relacionado, peço desculpas. Sou novo por aqui.
