1º - Clique no ícone do game com o botão direito do cursor de seu mouse.

2º - Clique na opção propriedades.

3º - Clique na opção compatibilidade, nela você irá encontrar a opção Executar este programa como administrador, selecione-a e clique em Aplicar.

Pronto, o seu game esta sendo executado em modo administrador.
