Tutorial – Como efetuar uma denúncia corretamente

Denúncias devem ser feitas através de ticket, e os assuntos tratados são:

•NPC's Falsos
•Divulgação de outros servidores
•Players se passando por membros da equipe
•Roubos dentro do game
•Hackers
•Falsos Revendedores

As denúncias devem ser embasadas em provas concretas, sendo elas por vídeos ou imagens.
Para tirar print no game, basta pressionar o botão "PrintScreen" no seu teclado. Esta imagem irá automaticamente para a pasta raiz do jogo.

4º passo - Clique em "Abrir um novo ticket de ajuda":

6º Preencha os campos em branco com informações detalhadas, informando o assunto no título do ticket:



Obs: É de suma importância anexar as provas, para que sua denúncia seja mais relevante.

Ao finalizar clique em "Gravar".

Pronto, sua denúncia foi encaminhada e você terá uma resposta no prazo de até 72 Horas ou mais, dependendo da denúncia que foi encaminhada.

Tutorial – How to make a report correctly

All reports should be made by ticket, and the subjects dealt with are:

Reports must be based on hard evidence, whether by videos or screenshots.
To take a screenshot in game, you have to press the "PrintScreen" keyboard. The screenshot will automatically go to the root folder of the game.

5º step - Choose any subject and click on "I still haven't found what I was looking for. Continue with the ticket."




6º Fill in the blank with detailed information, informing the subject on the ticket's title:



Note: It is important that you attach all evidence so that your report can be more relevant.

Once you're finished, click on "Record".

Done, your report has been sent, you will have an answer within the next 72 working hours depending on your report.
