There is no difference, only one is +15 and the other is +0. But the strength and the extras are the same.
You can leave the crow + 15, now, if it has +15, you cannot put it at +0

It won't make any difference if it is +15 or +0, however if you want to put +15, there is a tutorial below teaching you step by step.
