Im on Arena Market Area, i traded someone but the lag occur im just holding the item and i didn't put it on trade after the lag gone the trade already cancelled and i notice that my "Raven Armor" is gone on my inventory please make an action thanks!!

Note: Im using Mobile Phone...

try to restart the app and see if your item appears. If it does not appear, you will have to send a ticket to the administration, explaining the problem that occurred to you.

I already repair the client but nothing happens and the item are still disappeared, and about submitting ticket how will i know the serial number of the items since i didn't donate it i just bought it in game?
Good evening, was the trade you were doing through / Trade or / Tradex? If it was through / Tradex it is possible that the items may have remained in the trade, you just have to open the tradex again and you can withdraw the items. If this happened through / trade, what you are going to have to do is open a ticket informing what happened, reporting the time and trade where it happened if you remember, and which items were the ones that disappeared.

Obs: If you do not know how to open a ticket from the page, I leave you a tutorial so you can do it.
