(Resolvido)Regarding loss of belongings after maintenance.

After maintenance, almost items in my inventory have been deleted ( 1 sw war, 5fg,
etc. ) and only latest character that I played was affected. The others + items that
putting on my latest character + 10 bau still remain unchanged.

Yesterday, I did send the ticket to you but It might be unclear enough to be
tackled.

Issues about missing items should be dealt with directly with the server administration, as you have already submitted a ticket, just wait for a response.
The estimated time for a response on the ticket is 72 business hours.

Since you have sent a ticket to the administration it will take within 72 working hours, remember weekends doesn’t count. By the way whenever a ticket is being analyzed it doesn’t have a time or a date for it to be replied. I suggest you wait patiently for a reply.
