At price of 650brl = 6658.48Gcash at that time using my sister GcashMastercard.

I received an email
ORDER SUCCESSFUL PLACE.
but at 9:56pm june 11, 2020

I recieved an email again that may order was canceled.

Then i received my gcash credited back To my sister Gcash Account.

Then, i try again to process my Order for the Second time at time 10:06PM
June 11, 2020 after fill up all may cards details i press
[Confirm order] botton then i recieved an error [There was unknown error when registering your order]
Then after that i received text msg from Gcash that i paid 6646.14gcash to IUGU*MUAWAY with no any order proceed to shop site or order msg to my email.


I Already e-mail to financiero@muaway.net at june 11, june 12, june 13, 2020 but nothings replied.

Ihave a proof of paid and ref. No

I need my money refund. Pls help.

If you have contacted the financial and you haven’t got an answer yet, I’m guessing they’re analyzing you’re case but anyways contact the administration through ticket and try to explain your problem with maximum of detail possible, remember it takes within 3 working days for them to answer.

Note: I would recommend you wait for the financial to reply back, it also takes 82 working hours for them to reply, weekends does not count as working hours be patient for an answer.

I made it already but the staff sad e-mail to financiero@muaway.net.

Then i close my ticket a whale ago and i open a new ticket with my max details that i know.
