1º Acesse nosso fórum:

2º Clique na opção "Painel de controle":

3º Na aba "Configurações gerais", marque a opção "O horário de verão está ativo?"

4º Clique em atualizar:

Pronto, o horário de verão estará ativo.

Para desabilitar, basta deixar a opção desmarcada.
