This problem occurs when the MuAwaY Site experiences some fall or instability. Usually this problem resolves after a few minutes or hours alone or repairing the game by the Repair button. If the problem persists after you have done so, contact the support team by email suporte@muaway.net or directly with Divix by email divix@muaway.net that your issue will be handled there and then remedied.

I believe your problem is due to VPN, Try to disable mine and try again, if your problem is not solved click on repair in the application, done both and nothing has been solved contact the support sector via email suporte@muaway.net
