Olá, boa noite!
É um erro incomum, poucas vezes reportado, mas nada que seja impossível de resolver. Execute o jogo novamente e, quando estiver no launcher, clique na opção de reparar localizada no lado direito superior. Veja um exemplo:

Se por acaso o problema persistir, faça a reinstalação completa do jogo, no caso remova tudo relacionado ao MuAwaY de sua máquina e faça o download de novo no site.
