The best way to report or request for a refund is reporting to the administration through ticket, make sure you explain the situation in details. I’ll leave a step by step tutorial down below to how you can send a ticket to the administration, once you click on the tutorial you will have to scroll down until you see the english version. Before you can send a ticket you will have to fill out the personal information. Click on Minha conta and then Dados pessoais and fill it out.
