Como o senhor perdeu total acesso a sua conta, o único meio de recuperar sua conta e via Ticket, sendo assim você vai ter enviar um ticket para administração e aguardar uma resposta, lembrando que logo após eles te responder, acredito que vão te enviar um formulário no qual você deve preencher o mesmo com o máximo de informação possíveis e que seja as informações que você realmente criou a conta, após isso você vai aguardar um novo respaldo da administração, lhe informando se você realmente já pode ter acesso a conta e alterar seu numero de telefone.
