(Resolvido)Referente a ticket.

Gostaria de saber como verifico o andamento de um ticket que se encontra em aberto desde 2019. Recebi uma resposta no mesmo dizendo que ele seria posto em análise e desde então não tive um retorno, não consigo abrir outro ticket e não tive resposta de nenhum meio comum do jogo.

Recomendo que se for algo tratado apenas por ticket, refaça o envio, cujo prazo são 72 horas úteis. Ou então, encaminhe e-mail ao suporte@muaway.net, lembre-se de respeitosamente enviar o protocolo do ticket que encontra-se em análise para que seja verificado.
