(Answered) Regarding the lost of an old account

I have 2 account from 2 years ago, but now i returned and can not login these account, although i putted in correctly password.
Please, help me, i had sent a email to support team but not received reply or feedback.

If you weren’t able to login in your old account is because you’re inserting in the incorrect login or password. Since you already contacted the administration through ticket you will have to wait 03 business day.

Note: If you have access to your phone number and email linked to your account you can recover your password without contacting the administration, here's a tutorial on how to do so.
