Se você ainda possui o número de telefone que está cadastrado atualmente na sua conta, basta acessar sua conta no painel no site no caminho abaixo.

  • Dados Pessoais> Número de Celular > Alterar > Confirmar antigo número.


Caso não possua mais o número antigo, entre em contato com o nosso suporte via ticket para uma confirmação manual.
