Boa tarde, tenho sofrido quedas onde aparece que fui desconectado do servidor. Tem ocorrido algumas vezes, posso estar com problema na minha conta?

Possa ser algo relacionado a sua rota. Porém, você está jogando no mobile ou no computador? Possa ser que o procedimento abaixo o ajude:
