(Resolvido)Problemas ao resetar

Olá, criei a conta hoje e ao tentar dar reset aparece um quadrado preto na tela e não consigo resetar, se puderem me ajudar eu agradeço

Bom dia!

Caso esteja utilizando o jogo em sua versão desktop, peço que entre na pasta do MuAwaY, busque dentro da pasta o arquivo com este nome microsoftedgewebview2setup.exe e clique para instalar. Ao final do processo, abra o jogo novamente e tente resetar.

Caso seja na versão mobile, peço que clique na ferramenta de reparo que fica localizado logo ao abrir o jogo (imagem de engrenagem).
